📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the laboratory and scientific equipment industry.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Manage and track sales performance using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the scientific equipment or laboratory supplies industry.
• Strong understanding of laboratory equipment, instruments, and consumables.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays, as required.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
• Certification in sales techniques or related fields is a plus.
