As a Front Office & Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and memorable. You'll handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, while also providing exceptional customer service. Using tools like ResMan and CMS, you'll manage guest data efficiently, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using ResMan and CMS.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage guest data and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist with room assignments and special requests.
- Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or customer service roles in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using ResMan and CMS.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer service certification (e.g., Bellman Hotel Institute) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel is a plus.
