📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the leasing process for luxury properties in Bali, including high-rise apartments, villas, and commercial spaces
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to potential clients
• Negotiate leasing agreements and contracts with clients, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Assist in the development and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on market conditions and leasing performance
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in luxury real estate leasing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate leasing, particularly in luxury properties
• Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in Indonesia, with particular knowledge of Bali
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work with high-net-worth clients
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools such as CRM systems, property management software, and data analytics platforms
• Certification in real estate or property management is a plus
• Proven track record of success in luxury property leasing
