📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement inventory control systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software, such as SAP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.
