📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals, using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure by implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Infrastructure Team to ensure the smooth running of IT operations.
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications.
• Provide training and support to new employees on IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT asset management tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
