Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and innovation.,Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with key industry players.,Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Stripe's business objectives and goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of partnership initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership development and management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of partnership initiatives.,Develop and deliver training and support materials to partners to ensure a positive and productive partnership experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.,Strong understanding of the financial services industry and the ability to build strong relationships with key industry players.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.,Experience with sales tools and technologies is a plus.
