📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and employment matters, including contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance.
• Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends, applying this knowledge to our legal strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal best practices are integrated into our business operations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present legal reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and employment law.
• Professional certification in corporate and employment law, such as a Certified Corporate Compliance Professional (CCCP) or a Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms.
