Bengkel Fajar Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Attend trade shows and networking events to promote the brand,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the coffee industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Strong negotiation and communication skills,Excellent leadership and team management abilities,Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
