📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and engagement.,Manage and resolve workplace conflicts, grievances, and disputes.,Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to management.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Represent the company at employee meetings and events.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team on industrial relations matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a hybrid or remote work environment is a plus.
