📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to our high standards.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels, and ensure that we are meeting our financial targets.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that customer feedback is gathered and used to improve our services.
  • Work closely with the company's leadership team to ensure that our restaurant is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
