📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the management team.
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
