CV Eka Visi is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the training process.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
