📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement tax strategies and policies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, and stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, and prepare and submit all necessary tax filings and returns.,Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and legal teams, to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.,Provide tax advice and support to the company's management and employees, addressing their tax-related questions and concerns.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in tax management, and share this knowledge with the team.,Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance your tax expertise and keep your skills up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including income tax, VAT, and other relevant tax types.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of tax professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and local language is required.,Experience in using tax software and systems is a plus.,Possession of a professional tax qualification or certification is a plus.
