Easy Root Abadi is seeking a Lead Staff Admin to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the team with various administrative needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.,Maintain and update administrative records, including employee files, payroll, and other relevant documents.,Support the HR department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a well-organized workspace.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other communications.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Act as a point of contact for administrative inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR processes and procedures is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
