Net Central Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant receives the best possible products at competitive prices.,Ensure that all financial targets are met and that the restaurant is profitable.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations and a proven track record of success.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.,A degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not essential.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,The ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours when required.
