Crystal Data Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and service.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing strategies to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
