Nest Space Group is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Ciamis and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify and assess the learning needs of employees and develop solutions to address those needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and delivering e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.
