In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other relevant parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.,Manage and maintain relationships with fuel suppliers and service providers.,Ensure all vehicle documentation is up-to-date and readily available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
