📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and implementation.,Handle employee inquiries and grievances.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
