📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the area.,Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
