📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process patient billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing disputes and issues.,Maintain and update patient records and financial documents.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare billing and claims environment.,Proven experience in managing patient accounts and insurance claims.,Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare billing software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
