Develop and implement performance management systems and processes,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Design and facilitate training and development programs,Support organizational change initiatives and projects,Analyze performance data and provide insights to management,Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and improve employee engagement,Stay up-to-date with best practices in performance management and OD,Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management and OD,Strong understanding of performance management systems and processes,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus
