📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and controlling the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
  • Inspecting finished products to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Providing regular updates on production progress and any issues to the management team.
  • Training and mentoring junior team members as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
