📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell high-quality marine equipment to clients in Batam and the surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding marine equipment selection and installation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that our products meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine equipment sales or a related role.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance in the marine industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of marine equipment, including but not limited to, engines, generators, and propulsion systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with marine industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD software.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as required.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
