📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the coffee industry.,Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.,Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the coffee industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
